Bureau
The Bureau forms the leadership of the ISCCL, and is elected by the voting members of the Committee (one per member country). Each election is for a term of three years, and while there are no required term limits, positions are generally renewable by election for a total period of nine years. Terms run from January (of the year following the election) through December of the 3rd year following the election.

Become a Member
Scientific Committee members must be members of ICOMOS and/or IFLA (International Federation of Landscape Architects). Potential new members are nominated by their National Committee or, if that is not possible, current members of the Committee. Dossiers include a statement of interest, a full CV, and a letter of nomination. Dossiers are reviewed and members are elected to the Committee based on their knowledge of, and international standing in the field.
